4. Verification and Resolution

Once we receive your complaint, we will verify the issue and provide further instructions. Based on the verification, we will decide whether the product is eligible for a replacement or refund.


5. Non-Acceptable Returns

Returns are not accepted for reasons like personal dislike or if the product is in perfect condition.


6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order as soon as possible, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped.
