Customers can place orders via Facebook, our website, or WhatsApp. After receiving your order, we will confirm it by contacting you through a call or message.

Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Our aim is to ship orders promptly; however, delivery times may vary. We deliver products through trusted third-party services like Steadfast or Pathao. While we aim to deliver within 72 hours, delays may occur due to third-party dependencies. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery due to force majeure events or other reasons beyond our reasonable control.
Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method.

We review customers' parcel receipt history. If a customer frequently places fake orders or fails to receive parcels, we reserve the right to:
- Cancel their orders.
- Permanently ban them from our platform.
Please ensure you are ready to accept the parcel before confirming your order.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
